Naomi May Kestner, of Paintsville, died Monday, Nov. 10,2003 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center, Paintsville. Born Nov. 10, 2003, in Paintsville, she was a daughter of Paul Kestner and Naomi Faye Tackett. Graveside services were Thursday, Nov. 13, at the family cemetery, Kay Fork, with Doug Kestner officiating, under direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville. Big Sandy News
