Obituary
Robert Lee Haney, 26, died Wednesday, February 5 in the University of Cincinnati Hospital. Mr. Haney was born April 29, 1965 in Johnson County, the son of Chester Haney, Jr., and Eldalene Blair. He was employed by Black Moon Coal. Surviving are his parents, his wife, Melissa Renee Fannin Haney; one son, Travis Lee Haney; one brother, Darrell Keith Haney of Denver; one sister, Sandra Ann Ratliff of Denver; his father and mother in law; Vincel and Dorris Wells Fannin; his paternal grandparents, Chester and Marie Haney of Paintsville; his maternal grandmother, Mary Louise Blair, and his maternal great grandmother, Dicie Baldwin. Funeral services were held Saturday, February 8 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Colvin and Donald Caudill officiating. Burial was in Blair Cemetery at Denver.
