Obituary
Nettie Blair, 66, died Tuesday, June 13, in Paintsville Hospital after a brief illness. Born May 20, 1899 in Magoffin County, she was the daughter of Tollie and Mallissa Jane Wiggle Williams. She was a resident of Denver and a member of Beechwall United Baptist Church. Her husband, Crate Blair, preceded her in death December 29, 1975. Surviving are a son, Leroy Blair of Denver; a daughter, Melba Blair; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services ere held Saturday, June 17, in Beechwall United Baptist Church at Denver with Elders Basil Blair, Francis Blair and James Blair officiating. Burial was in Blair Cemetery, Denver with Jones-Preston Funeral Home handling arrangements. Paintsville Herald, Wednesday, June 21, 1978
