Obituary
Andy Ratliff, 62, died Thursday, Nov 1 in Paintsville Hospital. Mr. Ratliff was born Aug 8, 1917 in Johnson Co., KY, the son of Jim and Rosa Lee Blair Ratliff. He was a resident of Barnetts Creek and a disabled veteran of World War II. Surviving are four brothers and a sister, Everett of Martin, Arthur, Eschol, Walter and Mrs. Bessie Hitchcock of Casstown, OH. Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov 3 in Fairview Freewill Baptist church, Barnetts Creek, with Rev. Scott Castle officiating. Burial was in the family cemetery, Barnetts Creek, with Paintsville Funeral Home handling arrangements
