Obituary
John Elwood Hoy, 52, died Sunday, May 2 in Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center. Mr. Hoy was born March 27, 1941 in Springfield, OH, the son of the late Daniel Boone and Avrilla Marie Hoy. He was preceded in death by one son, Steven. Surviving are his wife, Emma Lee Ratliff Hoy; one sons, Marty Hoy of Stanville, NC, one daughter, Carla Trusty, and one grandchild. Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, May 5 at 11 a.m. in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Dick VanHoose officiating. Burial will be in Ratliff Family cemetery at Denver
