Obituary
Patrick Trimble, 54, died in a local hospital at 9:30, May 20, 1951 after an illness of nine years. He was born at Barnetts Creek, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Trimble. He was a miner by occupation and had been a resident of King Addition twelve years at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Irene Williams Trimble. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, John Trimble, Columbus, Ohio and Claude Trimble, New Albany, Indiana; two daughters, Mrs, Amos Wright, Columbus, Ohio and Miss Margaret Trimble, Paintsville; one step-daughter, Mary Louise Mazuer, Michigan City, Indiana; three half brothers, Farmer Ratliff, Barnetts Creek; Freddie Ratliff, Staffordsville, and Gorden Ratliff, Jackson, Michigan; and three half sisters, Mrs. Gladys Fraley, King Addition, Mrs. Soder LeMaster, Ashland, and Mrs. Clara Preston, Staffordsville. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p. m., Tuesday, May 22, 1951 at the Freewill Baptist Church at Barnetts Creek, with Rev. Don Fraley officiating. Burial was in the family cemetery at Barnetts Creek, under the direction of the Preston Funeral Home
