Obituary
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 12, 11:00 a.m. at Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel for Lizzie Young, 88, who passed away Wednesday, April 9 2003 at Mountain Manor Nursing Home. Mrs. Young was born September 5, 1914 in Denver, KY, daughter of the late Albert and Flora Ratliff Blair. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Young. Surviving are two daughters, Mary Lou and Loretta Young, both of Staffordsville, KY; one sister, Dorothy Blair of Denver, KY, two brothers, Raymond Blair of Denver, KY and Cecil Blair of Nippa, KY. The service was officiated by Elders James R. Blair and Douglas Ward, with burial following in the Blair Cemetery in Denver, KY.
