Obituary
Paintsville resident Garnett Ratliff, 50. died Tuesday, March 12 1996 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Ratliff was born August 21 1945, in Johnson County, the daughter of Zetta Mae Hitchcock Caudill and the late Raleigh Caudill. She was a Homemaker and a member of Beechwall United Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Ratliff of Paintsville, and one brother, Ben Caudill, of Volga. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 16 at Beechwall United Baptist Church at Leander with Jerry Colvin and Rutherford Blair officiating. Burial was in the Ratliff Cemetery at Denver with Jones-Preston Funeral Home in Charge of arrangements. "
