Obituary
James E. Lowe, 21, died Monday, September 14. Mr. Lowe was born April 4, 1971 in Berea, OH, the son of Ervin and Lillian Blair Lowe of Denver. He was an emergency medical technician with G. & B Ambulance Company and a member of Beechwall United Baptist Church. Surviving are his parents; his wife, Patricia Lynn Cole Lowe; one daughter, Natasha Shea Lowe, one brother, Ricky Lowe of Denver; one sister, Brenda Lee Preston of Salyersville and his grandparents, Burlin and Dorothy Blair of Denver. Funeral services were held Friday, September 18 in Beechwall United Baptist Church at Leander, with Elders Rutherford Blair, Jerry Colvin, Danny Williams and Frankie Williams officiating. Burial was in Blair Cemetery at Denver, with Paintsville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Paintsville Herald, Wednesday, September 23, 1992
