Obituary
Lillian Hope Lowe, 60, of Denver, died Saturday, Jan. 17, at her residence. Born Sept. 1, 1934, in Denver, she was a daughter of Dorothy Blair and the late Burlin Blair. She was a homemaker and a member of Beechwall United Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by a son, James Lowe; and a sister, Geraldine Baldwin. Additional survivors include her husband, Ervin Lowe of Denver; a son, Ricky Lowe of Denver; a daughter, Brenda Crawford of Hazard; two brothers, Robert Blair and Dalmas Blair, both of Denver; a sister, Dottie Spradlin of Denver; and five grandchildren. Funeral services were Monday, Jan. 19, at Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel, with Elders James R. Blair, Jerry Colvin, and Larry Salyer officiating. Burial was in Burlin Blair Cemetery, Denver, under direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.Big Sandy News Wednesday January 21,2004
