Obituary
Nora I. (Green) Blair, age 89 of Staffordsville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 in Mechanicsburg, Ohio. Born July 1, 1932 in Chandlersville, Kentucky to the late Minuard L. Green and Clara (Barker) Green. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Blair, Jr.; one son, Danny Lee Blair; one daughter, Sandra Kaye (Blair) Blanton; and one great grandson, Colin Lucas Fraley; along with five brothers and five sisters.
Nora is survived by one daughter, Lois Fraley and her husband, Charles of Mechanicsburg, Ohio; one sister, Clara Michaels; four grandchildren: Curt (Cindy) Fraley, Chris (Tracy) Fraley, Dustin (Katie) Blair, Anthony Dale. Eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandson also survive.
Funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday, September 13, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Blair Cemetery at Staffordsville, Kentucky. Jerry Colvin and Danny Williams will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
