Obituary
Alka Caudill, 66, of Staffordsville died Wednesday, November 1 in the Paintsville Hospital following an illness of several weeks. She was affiliated with the United Baptist church. She was the daughter of the late Jesse and Daisey Lambert Blair. Immediate survivors include her husband, Monroe Caudill, three sons, Raleigh Caudill of Denver, Paul Caudill of Denver, and Rudolph Caudill of Leander, one daughter, Mrs. Alice Arms of Leander, three brothers, Frank Blair of Paintsville, John Blair of Barnetts Creek and Bernard Blair of Barnetts Creek, and two sisters, Dixie Blair of Columbus, OH and Jessie Kemp of Bozeman, MT. Funeral services were conducted by John Pelphrey, Francis Blair and Basil Blair at the Caudill Fork United Baptist church at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 4. Burial followed in the Caudill Cemetery at Denver under direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home
