Obituary
Kenneth Stephen Castle, age 50 of West Van Lear, Kentucky passed away Saturday February 22, 2020 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Born March 16, 1969 in Johnson County, he was the son of Jessie (Sturgill) Castle of Paintsville, Kentucky and the late Kenneth Leon Castle. In addition to his mother, Stephen is survived by his sister Becky (and Eric) Bertelsen of Hebron, Kentucky. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday, February 27, 2020 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Caudill Cemetery at Lower Twin Branch. Chris Caudill, Harold Montgomery and Dan Montgomery will officiate. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 10:00am to 2:00pm Thursday prior to the service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home
