Obituary
William L. Blair, 71, died in the Veterans Hospital in Huntington at 5:30 pm, Friday, January 24, of a heart attack. He was the son of George and Esther Caudill Blair and was born in this county August 23, 1886. A farmer and veteran of World War 1, he had lived at Denver most of his life. Surviving are his widow, Minerva Conley Blair, three daughters, Nellie Blair, Denver; Neva Fairchild, Arlington, Ohio; Naomi Baldwin of this city. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, January 26, at 11:00 at the Beechwall United Baptist Church with Millard Bryant and Forman Blair as officiating ministers. Burial was in the Blair cemetery at Barnetts Creek. Paintsville Herald Wednesday January 29, 1958
