Retired Farmer, Dies Thursday Leonard Blair, 81, retired farmer of Barnetts Creek, died at his home at 6:55 a.m., Thursday, May 2, after an illness of several months. The son of the late George and Sally Caudill Blair, he was born in this county February 20, 1882, and had been a lifelong resident of the county. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bertha Brown Blair; two sons, Carl and Gale Blair both of Barnetts Creek. Funeral services were con- ducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday at the Green Valley School with Adam Marshall and Leo Colvin as officiating ministers. Burial was in the family cemetery.
